Bachelorette Alessandro: Sent Home After Rude Remarks!

Emily Maynard may have seemed like a sweet Southern belle but don’t say rude things about her daughter or you’ll be sent packing faster than you can say “having a daughter is a compromise.”

Alessandro was sent packing immediately after he made rude comments about being a father to Emily’s daughter Ricki. Emily didn’t wait until the rose ceremony, she didn’t wait five minutes – she sent him home right away. The craziest part of it all? Alessandro was actually surprised that he was sent home. Seriously? Are you kidding?!?

First he says that having Emily’s daughter in his life as a compromise then he refuses to apologize or change his statement after Emily gives him a chance. Come on, is he delusional?

Do you think Emily was right in sending Alessandro home right away or do you think he deserved a second chance?

Personally, this is the first time I actually enjoyed watching Emily on TV.

Now if she would just do the same to Kalon, everything would be great.

  1. Christina says:

Misunderstood is more like it. “Compromiso” means commitment. And yes, marriage and a child should be viewed as a HUGE commitment. I believe something was lost in translation. He was insistent because he thought he was saying that it was a commitment. On the other hand, after viewing the end clips and hearing his general comments about leading a gypsy lifestyle and not having experience with children, he’s not a good match. But being rude, no.

  2. Exactly Christina! You couldn’t have said it better. “Compromisso” means commitment, pledge. He was so confused because he thought he was saying something she wanted to hear — that his commitment to Emily and her daughter would come before his work. This was not a compromise for him but rather a commitment. That being said, he was iffy when it came to cheating, being in a relationship with his cousin, etc. He certainly didn’t explain himself well.

  3. He seemed to “march to the beat of a different drummer”. I mean, c’mon, he said that he was “in love” with his cousin. Nuff said.
